Steven W. Deutsch

Steven W. Deutsch, a partner in the firm, has been extensively involved in all phases of commercial and multi-family residential real estate development, leasing, and financing for more than 30 years. He has substantial experience in negotiating and preparing acquisition and development documents, leasing office and retail space, structuring and closing a multitude of financing facilities and letting and administering construction contracts.

Mr. Deutsch is an agent of the Fidelity Group of title Insurance companies (including Chicago Title Insurance Company Commonwealth Title Insurance and Fidelity Title Insurance Company) and sits on the Fidelity Commercial Real Estate Council. Mr. Deutsch graduated with honors from the College of Business Administration at the University of Florida in 1980, and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1982. Mr. Deutsch is also an AV-rated attorney, the highest rating issued by Martindale Hubble.

Mr. Deutsch is a past five year term member of the Board of Advisors at Pine Crest School and has served as Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee of Pine Crest Preparatory School, Inc. He is on the Executive Committee of the Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies of the University of Florida, and is an Adjunct Professor of Business Law of Lynn University. Mr. Deutsch is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Trustee of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. He participates in outdoor activities such as competitive target shooting and fishing with his wife and children.
