Steven A. Weinberg

Steven A. Weinberg, a partner in the firm, practices in the areas of corporate and transactional law. He is known for his expertise in handling matters pertaining to businesses, real estate and developmental transactions. Mr. Weinberg also specializes in community association law (condominium and homeowner associations), commercial condominium development, estate and tax planning, and probate. Mr. Weinberg is a Licensed Title Insurer and a member agent of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Fidelity National Title Insurance, Chicago Title Insurance Company, and a number of other title insurance underwriters, which enables him to provide in-house title insurance to real estate clients. The firm is in the top 100 agents in the state of Florida with both Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and Fidelity National Title Insurance.

A New York native, Mr. Weinberg’s family moved to Florida when he was a teenager. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida in 1980. In 1982, he earned his Juris Doctor degree, graduating magna cum laude from Nova University Law center. Mr. Weinberg’s first post-graduate job was with the accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney, a national accounting firm where he then earned his Certified Public Accounting Certificate. In 1984 he opened his law practice in West Broward, and in 1987 began his relationship with Neil Frank. Mr. Weinberg is also an AV-rated attorney, the highest rating issued by Martindale-Hubble.

His experience and training in these fields, coupled with his business acumen and savvy, provide Mr. Weinberg with a unique ability to understand both the legal and financial aspects of all matters that are presented to him.

Mr. Weinberg, a resident of Coral Springs, is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, Temple Beth Torah, and a director of the local business club, Business Associates of West Broward. He is an avid golfer who enjoys traveling and spending his leisure time with his wife, Amy, and their two children.
