Ms. Deutsch is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Deutsch is responsible for all aspects of litigation, at both the trial and appellate level, in State and Federal Court. Her practice areas include employment discrimination, civil rights litigation, police liability, age discrimination, governmental liability and all areas of negligence, as well as commercial litigation. She represents government entities, insurance companies and other large corporations.
