Randy J. Nathan

Randy J. Nathan, a partner in the firm, practices in the area of residential and commercial real estate transactional matters, with an emphasis on title law as well as corporate transactional matters. Admitted in New York in 1986, he served as Assistant Title Counsel for Ticor Title Guarantee in Westchester County, New York and currently is an authorized agent of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc., Chicago Title Insurance Company, Lawyer’s Title Insurance Company, and Fidelity Title Insurance Company. He also represents various condominium and homeowners associations throughout Broward County.

Mr. Nathan received his Bachelor’s degree in Biopsychology from Vassar College, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego.

Mr. Nathan is licensed to practice law in both New York and Florida. He is an Advisory Board Member on the 17th Circuit Fund Advisory Board for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc., and an active member of the Real Estate Section of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.

Mr. Nathan, a native New Yorker has lived in Broward County with his wife and son for nineteen years. A converted Heat fan, when he’s not attending a Heat game in the arena, he is playing one on one with his son, whose team he coached in Coral Springs.

An avid “film buff”, Mr. Nathan dabbles in screenwriting attending the Screenwriter’s Conference in Los Angeles annually.

Each fall, he volunteers his time as an alumni interviewer for Vassar College, interviewing prospective students who have applied for admission to his undergraduate alma matter.

Mr. Nathan relaxes by listening to music, bicycling, and taking long walks with his wife Kelley.
