Michael A. Kammer

Michael A. Kammer is a partner in the law firm Frank, Weinberg & Black, PL and is based in the firm’s Plantation office.

Michael represents private companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals in the full range of business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, partnership transactions, tax planning, joint ventures, contracts, debt financings and corporate governance matters.  He has significant experience in healthcare, employment related matters, and estate planning.  Michael also regularly advises clients on commercial real estate transactions, and provides support to the firm’s representation of homeowners and condominium associations, including extensive experience with telecommunication matters.

Mr. Kammer earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in July 2005. In 2004, Mr. Kammer received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law and served on the Attorney general Staff for the University of Florida Honor Court.  Prior to attending law school, Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) in 2001 and received a minor in economics from the University of Florida while attending on a full tuition academic scholarship. During Mr. Kammer’s undergraduate studies at the University of Florida he was a member of the Chi Phi Fraternity.
