Maria Spiliopoulos

Maria P. Spiliopoulos , a partner in the firm, practices in the areas of construction law and commercial and multi-family residential real estate and development.   As in-house counsel for two of the largest construction companies in South Florida for over eight years, Ms. Spiliopoulos has acquired extensive experience in all types of construction related matters from both a legal and business perspective.  In addition, she has spent a significant amount of her career representing landowners, developers, landlords, tenants and construction lenders on a variety of complex commercial and multi-family residential transactions.  Her combined legal and business experience makes her uniquely able to assist all types of clients in all aspects of complex real estate and construction matters.

Ms. Spiliopoulos graduated from St. John’s University, summa cum laude, in 1986 and received her Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 1989.  She is also currently a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, South Palm Beach County Chapter, and a member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the New York State Bar.  She was also a member of the 1996 Class of Leadership Boca.

In her leisure time, Ms. Spiliopoulos is actively involved in her church and her children’s school and athletic activities.
