Marc A. Silverman

Marc A. Silverman, is a partner in the firm. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association, and is admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court Appeals, although his principal practice is predominantly in Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Monroe Counties, he has appeared in various state and appellate courts throughout Florida. He is a member of the Trial Lawyer’s, Employment Law, and Appellate sections of the Florida Bar. Mr. Silverman is also a member of Broward Lawyer’s Care. Marc A. Silverman’s areas of practice include: commercial litigation, real estate litigation, condominium and homeowner’s association law, employment law, all at the trial and appellate levels.

Mr. Silverman received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science (cum laude) (1993) from Florida Atlantic University, and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University/ Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (1998).

Mr. Silverman’s wife, Kristin A. West, is also a member of the Florida Bar, as a solo practitioner practicing family and matrimonial law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Silverman enjoys boating, deep sea fishing, photography, and is also a musician.
