Leanne Wagner

Leanne B. Wagner's areas of practice include corporate and transactional law, estate planning, probate and guardianship, and community association law. She also provides support to the real estate and litigation departments. A member of the Florida Bar and the Volusia County Bar Association, Ms. Wagner is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a legal rating service, and has served as a guest speaker for topics such as estate planning, the probate process, and responsibilities of board members of condominiums and homeowners associations.

An alumnus of the University of Central Florida, Ms. Wagner has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. After college, she worked for the Firm for ten years before pursuing a law degree and continued to work for the Firm while attending law school. Ms. Wagner graduated cum laude from the Barry University School of Law, where she was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Committee, and the Women Lawyers Association. She was also the recipient of book awards in both Real Estate Transactions and Business Organizations.

Always client-focused and results-driven, Ms. Wagner's experience as a paralegal, coupled with her training as an attorney, provide her with both a unique perspective and a great amount of practical knowledge. Ms. Wagner is a member of Westminster By-The-Sea Presbyterian Church in Daytona Beach Shores and serves as a church elder. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending leisure time with her husband and family. Raised in Coral Springs and a native of New Jersey, she is a lifelong fan of both the New York Yankees and the New York Giants.
