Harry P. Mirabile

Harry P. Mirabile is an attorney in the transactional department of the firm. His primary areas of practice include construction law, corporate law, and real estate law (including leasing matters for both landlords and tenants). Mr. Mirabile represents both individuals and businesses and his practice also extends to representing condominium associations and homeowners associations in their transactional matters, making him a well-rounded legal advisor for various clients.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he grew up in a close-knit family, fostering his strong sense of community and dedication to client relationships. Currently, Mr. Mirabile resides in Boca Raton with his wife, who is also an attorney, and their two young boys. In his free time, he enjoys quality moments with his family, indulging in cooking, and playing golf.  Mr. Mirabile is also an active member of St. Mark Greek Orthodox Church (in Boca Raton) and the Rotary Club of Downtown Boca Raton
