
Craig A. Wirth
Craig Wirth has practiced in a variety of different litigation areas. He has extensive experience in general liability on both Plaintiff's and Defendant's side. Prior to joining the firm, Craig had litigated personal injury claims, family law, insurance coverage disputes, catastrophic injuries, endorsement contract disputes, trade secret theft claims, and other various contract disputes.
Craig has extensive experience litigating in Federal Courts across the country on intellectual property matters. In addition to the Florida Bar, Craig is admitted to practice in all District Courts in Florida, Texas, the Northern District of Illinois and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Craig works in the litigation team on various matters, including Homeowners/Condominium Association litigation, construction defect litigation, commercial disputes, and any other areas that need a litigation point of view.
Prior to law school, Craig attended Emory University earning a degree in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology. Craig spent several years after college in research labs at Emory, Vanderbilt, and the Harvard School of Public Health. A native of Chicago, Craig has lived in Delray Beach since 2016. He spends his free time with his wife, two sons, and dogs.
