Brian Becher

Brian Becher extensive and wide ranging litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation disputes includes shareholder disputes, real estate and title disputes, non compete agreements, unfair competition, property damage claims, construction disputes, intricate contract claims, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, fraudulent transfer actions, condominium and home owners association litigation, commercial and residential foreclosure litigation, employment discrimination, personal injury and other matters. Brian Becher has litigated all facets of commercial cases at the pretrial, trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts.

Among the complex commercial litigation cases Mr. Becher has handled are an international contract and business tort dispute, various lawsuits related to acquisition of the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, representing a homeowners’ association in complex construction defect litigation, and representing companies such as Norwegian Cruise Lines and Aaron Rents in collection matters.  Mr. Becher has also served as an expert witness regarding attorney’s fees, and has amassed a number of appellate victories, including the cases of Morales Sand & Soil, L.L.C. v. Kendall Properties & Investments, 923 So. 2d 1229 (Fla. 4th DCA 2006), Berrada v. Martin, 145 So. 3d 851 (Fla. 4th DCA 2014), and Jupiter House, LLC v. Deutsche Bank Nat'l Tr. Co., 198 So. 3d 1122 (Fla. 4th DCA 2016).

While in law school as the George Washington University Law School, Brian Becher served as the Editor of the Trademark and Law Enforcement/Fraud sections of America On Line’s Electronic Commerce Web Page for American On Line.  He also interned at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, served as a Law Clerk at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as an intern for Senator Connie Mack on Capitol Hill.
