Harry P. Mirabile is a partner in the firm’s transactional department, with a primary focus on commercial real estate law, including leasing matters for both landlords and tenants. His practice also includes construction law and corporate law. He represents individuals, businesses, and condominium and homeowners associations in a broad range of transactional matters.

Clients value Mr. Mirabile for his clear communication and practical approach. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives and provides straightforward guidance throughout each matter.

Mr. Mirabile earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2011 and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011.

Mr. Mirabile was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and resides in Boca Raton with his wife, who is also an attorney, and their two sons. Outside of his practice, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, playing golf, and boating and fishing in South Florida. He is active in community organizations, including coaching in the Soccer Association of Boca Raton (SABR) league, and is a member of St. Mark Greek Orthodox Church in Boca Raton and the Rotary Club of Downtown Boca Raton.

Mr. Mirabile is a graduate of Leadership Boca, Class of 2024, through the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved with the Chamber. In December 2025, he was appointed by the City Council of the City of Boca Raton to a three-year term on the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Boca Raton.
