Steven W. Deutsch

Steven W. Deutsch, a partner in the firm, is extensively involved in all phases of commercial real estate development, leasing, and financing. After graduating with honors from the College of Business Administration at the University of Florida and earning a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law, Mr. Deutsch focused his practice on development and national tenant leasing and brings substantial experience in negotiating and preparing acquisition and development documents, leasing office and retail space, structuring and closing financing facilities and letting and administering construction contracts. Mr. Deutsch remains involved in development and leasing transactions throughout the State of Florida, the Southeast and nationally and is an AV-rated attorney, the highest rating issued by Martindale Hubble.

Mr. Deutsch is a past five-year term member of the Board of Advisors at Pine Crest School and has served as Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee of Pine Crest Preparatory School, Inc. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Deutsch served on the Executive Committee of the Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies of the University of Florida, is a former City of Boca Raton Planning and Zoning Board Member and served as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law of Lynn University. Mr. Deutsch is an agent of the Fidelity Group of title Insurance companies (including Chicago Title Insurance Company Commonwealth Title Insurance and Fidelity Title Insurance Company) and sits on the Fidelity Commercial Real Estate Council. Steve is a master-class sporting clay competitor and enjoys traveling with his wife and adult children.
