Michael Kassower

Michael R. Kassower, Esq. is a native South Floridian dedicated to protecting the rights of condominium and homeowners associations throughout the State of Florida. Both within this area of practice and beyond, Mr. Kassower has significant experience litigating employment disputes, complex banking matters, insurance issues and various other legal matters revolving around real property. While representing condominium and homeowners associations, Mr. Kassower counsels in matters of corporate governance, such as ensuring compliance with Florida Statute 718 (Florida's Condominium Act) and Florida Statute 720 (Florida's Homeowner' Association Act).

Mr. Kassower attended the Honors Program at the University of Florida, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Thereafter, he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law. Since completing his education at the University of Florida, Mr. Kassower has become an active member of the University of Florida Alumni Association. 

Over the course of his career, Mr. Kassower has passionately served the interests community associations across the State of Florida. While representing these communities, Mr. Kassower takes particular pride in economically counseling associations through the various issues and procedural requirements that inevitably arise during the course of their operations. While serving the interests of these community associations, Mr. Kassower has also been an active member of his own communities, including a tenure as Vice Chairman of the Planning Board for Highland Beach, Florida. In addition, Mr. Kassower has been an active member of the B'nai B'rith Justice Unit and Broward County Bar Association and The Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar (RPPTL) .

Beyond his professional focuses, Mr. Kassower is avid endurance athlete, having competed in several full marathons and other endurance events. Most importantly, Mr. Kassower is married to his wife Dana, with whom he enjoys spending time with their family, including their daughter Zoey.
