Michael A. Kammer

Michael Kammer is a transactional associate with the firm practicing in the areas of corporate law, taxation, trusts and estates, and probate administration, and provides support to the firm's extensive representation of homeowners and condominium associations. Mr. Kammer’s practice specifically includes the representation of small business owners and professionals and he counsels such clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, business succession planning, and tax planning.

Mr. Kammer earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in July 2005. In 2004, Mr. Kammer received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law and served on the Attorney general Staff for the University of Florida Honor Court and as a teacher’s assistant for both Legal Research and Writing, Fall 2003, and for Appellate Advocacy, Spring 2004.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kammer earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) in 2001 and received a minor in economics from the University of Florida while attending on a full tuition academic scholarship. During Mr. Kammer’s undergraduate studies at the University of Florida he was a member of the Chi Phi Fraternity.

Mr. Kammer is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, and a member of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.

Mr. Kammer enjoys traveling and is an avid sports fan who enjoys rooting for his alma mater.
