Leanne Wagner

Leanne Wagner's areas of practice include corporate and transactional law, estate planning, probate, guardianship, real estate and condominium/homeowners association representation. She also hadles landlor/tenant disputes and provides support to the litigation department. Ms. Wagner is a member of the Florida Bar and the Volusia County Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. In 2012 and 2013, Ms. Wagner was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a legal rating service. Super Lawyers chooses no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the State of Florida as Rising Stars each year, and Ms. Wagner was honored to be named one of the select few. 

After college, Ms. Wagner worked for the firm for eight years before deciding to pursue a law degree. While attending law school in the Orlando area, she continued to work for the firm by telecommuting on a daily basis and maintaining client contact through telephone, facsimile, and e-mail. Her experience as a paralegal, coupled with her training as an attorney, provide her with both a unique perspective and a great amount of practical knowledge.

An alumnus of the University of Central Florida, Ms. Wagner has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. In 2008, she graduated cum laude from the Barry University School of Law, where she was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Committee, and the Women Lawyers Association. She also earned Book Awards for the highest grade class-wide in her Business Organizations and Real Estate Transactions course.

Ms. Wagner is a member of Westminster By-The-Sea Presbyterian Church in Daytona Beach Shores. She enjoys traveling and spending her leisure time with her husband and family. Raised in Coral Springs and a native of New Jersey, she is a lifelong fan of the Yankees and the Giants.
