Jill B. Berkman

Jill B. Berkman, an associate attorney in the litigation department of the firm, focuses primarily on community association law. Ms. Berkman is admitted to practice in all Florida trial and appellate courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

While on most days Ms. Berkman can be found at the Broward County Courthouse vigorously arguing motions, she also manages the pay-off department. She works closely with condominium and homeowner associations to facilitate short sales and closings, always keeping her clients' best interests as her number one priority.

Ms. Berkman earned her Juris Doctor Law Degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2007 and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida in 2004.

Ms. Berkman has dedicated over 300 pro bono hours to public service and is currently serving on the Soref Jewish Community Center Board of Directors.

Ms. Berkman is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.
