Hofit N. Lottenberg

Hofit N. Lottenberg is a litigation associate at the firm, with a focus on representing Homeowner and Condominium Associations in all aspects of their operations, including enforcement of Governing Documents, advising on statutory compliance, drafting amendments to the Governing Documents, managing collections of delinquent assessments, including through foreclosure, and defending Associations in various legal matters, including for wrongful towing and for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Ms. Lottenberg received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2004. She went on to receive her law degree at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, where she made Deans List for the Fall 2007 and Spring 2008 semesters. While at St. Thomas University, she was very active in the Jewish Law Student Association and served on its board for two years.

Ms. Lottenberg was admitted to the Florida bar in 2008 and to the Southern District of Florida in 2009. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Broward County Bar Association.

Ms. Lottenberg also presents as a division-approved condominium educator at Board Member Education Certification courses and has volunteered as a member of the Florida Attorneys Saving Homes Project. Ms. Lottenberg is an active member of the Davie-Cooper City Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Ms. Lottenberg enjoys spending time with her husband, their three sons, and their dog.
