Edward B. Deutsch

Edward Deutsch is an attorney with a focus on many areas of practice including all facets of commercial and residential real estate development, construction and transactional; acquisitions, financing, leasing and dispositions; general civil; government; and land use.

He also specializes in dispute resolution. In the past, he has mediated jurisdictional and contract disputes between labor unions; served as arbitrator and mediator in construction contract disputes; mediated land use issues between governmental agencies and the private sector.

He is a former developer as well. While President of South Florida based regional development company, Mr. Deutsch developed anchored shopping centers, office buildings, regional mall, major corporate distribution centers, country clubs and office parks. He was involved in developments of state and federal Regional Impact requiring multiple governmental agency approval.

Edward Deutsch also has a great deal of experience when it comes to major public projects. He was a successful respondent to the Broward County Commission “Request for Proposal” to develop the Broward County Convention Center. The project included all design, engineering, architecture, budgeting, bidding, supervision and general contracting.
