Constantina A. Mirabile

Constantina Alexandrou Mirabile is an associate attorney in the litigation department of the firm.  Her practice focuses on the representation of large and small corporations, financial institutions and individuals relating to business disputes, commercial and residential landlord/tenant law, complex foreclosure matters and collections.  Ms. Mirabile is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Ms. Mirabile attended the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor degree in Classical Studies in 2006 and received her Master degree in Management in 2007.  During her studies at the University of Florida, Ms. Mirabile was actively involved in a multitude of student organizations and would seek out leadership roles. After graduation, she worked as a marketing coordinator and soon learned that she wanted to pursue law.  

Ms. Mirabile received her Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria School of Law in 2011, where she was awarded the St. Thomas Aquinas Award presented by the Dean to the one graduate who exemplified the academic and professional ideals of the law school.  She excelled in the classroom and earned the highest grade in her Sales, Administrative Law and Research, Writing and Advocacy III courses.  During law school, Ms. Mirabile was the President of the Women’s Law Association, the ABA School Representative, a 3L Senator on the Student Bar Association, and Site Coordinator for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, where she donated over 200 professional hours of Pro Bono Service.  Additionally, she earned first place in the 2011 Client Counseling Competition, as well as Third Place in the Annual Intramural Moot Court Appellate Competition.

Ms. Mirabile was born in Canada and moved to Florida at the age of seven.  She is fluent in Greek and has spent many of her summers in Samos, Greece (where both her parents are from).  She resides in Boca Raton with her husband, who is also an attorney at the firm. Ms. Mirabile is an active member of Saint Mark Greek Orthodox Church and the Junior League of Boca Raton.
